Free print-ready WHERE ARE MY BOOKS? greeting/gift cards

Added some free print-ready Where Are My Books? greeting/gift cards to the Activities page (prints two to a page). Note that the first card in the photo could be used to accompany the gift of ANY book, not just mine. Especially for those who are fond of squirrels, reading or narwhals. :-)

**ALSO** If you buy a copy of Where Are My Books? at an indie bookstore during the months of Nov/Dec 2015, I'll send you a free signed/doodled bookplate, signed bookmark and READ sticker! Details here.
